It is fair to say that 2020 has seen challenges across the industry. Following the national lockdown and with the introduction of social distancing we have seen a dramatic reduction in events, concerts, sporting fixtures and theatre performances. The knock-on effect to the bespoke apparel and merchandising manufacturing has seen a lot of our customers diversify and expand into new markets.
The GPS 3 stage Bureau service supports our clients whilst they develop the appropriate skills.
Stage 1: From supplied artwork GPS can produce completed transfers on behalf of our trade-only clients. Supporting this service, we also provide a pressing facility. This allows business to expand into the transfer market with no capital investment.
Stage 2: GPS produce and supply back to our clients the printed digital sheet along with the positive film, our clients produce the screens and back the transfers up with MagnaTrans ink/adhesive. As our clients develop their skills and expertise, this stage helps them to migrate production in-house without having to invest in digital equipment.
Stage 3: As our clients evolve into a full transfer production facility, GPS support does not end. We then advise and supply equipment from a range of manufacturers. With the supply of the equipment, we offer extensive training and support package enabling our clients to develop their internal workforce and production.
Our Bureau service has supported a lot of our trade-only customers through these challenging times, GPS recognise that you can’t have a one size fits all. Whatever the client’s requirement our dedicated customer services team work closely with them to ensure they receive a first-class product and service. Transfer Printing Solutions

Since the 1960's heat transfers have been a staple of print production, from corporate workwear to sports tops. There are two main types of transfers for commercial production: screen printed and digitally printed transfers. The options further expand as transfers can be produced using plastisol, water-based and even silicone transfer inks. Transfers are printed on to transfer papers or films in a variety of finish options, with hot or cold peel applications; the choice of film used depends on the manufacturing process and desired finish.
As you can see transfer printing offers a multitude of choice to enable you to supply your customers with the correct product. Rest assured that Transfer Printing Solutions are here to support you every step of the way and will assist the customer starting out in the business to the established transfer printer.https://www.globalprints.co.uk/
